Are you going through difficulties or feeling stuck in life, in a relationship, a career, a routine which is blocking your own potential and progress?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, psychotherapy can provide an opportunity to pause, observe, explore and move forward.

I’m a UKCP accredited psychotherapist offering mindfulness-based Core Process Psychotherapy.

I trained at the Karuna Institute in Devon, England.

My consulting rooms are in Central, North, and North West London and I also provide walk and talk sessions in some of London's beautiful parks.

I offer weekly one-on-one sessions on a long or short-term basis, according to need.

My fee range is between £50 and £80 per session. We can agree this at our introductory meeting.

My consulting rooms are in Central, North, and North West London. I am also happy to offer the healing and beautiful outdoor environments of Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill as spaces where we can walk and explore as well as sit and talk.
